We are an association serving as a forum for Advocates, legal consultants, and observers of competition law in Indonesia which aims to support the advancement of business competition law in Indonesia, both on the substantive law and procedural law fronts.

Background
There was no active advocate association in the field of competition law at that time.
There are many challenges in the application and enforcement of competition law, both regarding procedural and substantive aspects.
The need for an active role of advocates in the development and enforcement of competition law.

Background
Based on these considerations, on 3 February 2017, several advocates who have been active in this field and care for the development of competition law in Indonesia established an organization called the Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (‘ICLA’).
ICLA is an independent professional organization that serves as a forum for advocates who have attention and concern for the dynamics and development of competition law.
